How to Create Client Contacts/Approvers

This article covers the steps on how to create client/approver contacts

There are 2 ways to add a client contact/approver.

  1. From the navigation menu, click People > Client.

This will take you to the Clients page. All of the Clients are listed on this page. 

Click the Client name and click the Contacts button in the right-hand corner.

Or click the Contacts button on the Clients Page.

To add a new contact, click the Add Contact button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

This will open a pop-up window. Enter the relevant information into the field provided, such as First Name, Last Name, Title, Phone, Ext, Email then click the Save button.

2. Another option is from the navigation menu, click New > Contact.

This will open a pop-up window. Enter the relevant information into the field provided, such as Client Name, First Name, Last Name, Title, Phone, Ext, Email then click the Create button.
