How to Integrate your JobAdder account to Bilflo

This article covers the steps how to integrate your JobAdder account to Bilflo

From the navigation menu, click Settings > Integrations.



This will take you to the Integrations page.

Scroll down to Available Integrations and click the Add Integration button in the JobAdder box. 





After you click the Add Integration button, the JobAdder box will be moved to the Company Integrations section.


Once the JobAdder integration has been added, click the Configure Button..


This will take you to the JobAdder Configuration page.

Instruction on how to set up your JobAdder account is displayed on the left side of the page under Instructions. 



After you have successfully followed the instructions to set up your JobAdder account, update the following options based on your requirements.



After successfully connecting your JobAdder account and configuring the JobAdder settings, click on the Save button in the right-hand corner of the page.



Once the configuration is set up correctly, any new placements records created in JobAdder will create records in Bilflo. Once the records are created in Bilflo, you can continue to create/update contract/direct hire jobs/assignments as well as client/contractor/and client contact information, as needed.


NOTE: Updating records in Bilflo does not update records in JobAdder. The data only updates from JobAdder to Bilflo and only when the placement record is created.
