How to Manage Client Contacts

Client contacts can be used as Timecard Approvers on the contract job page or Invoice recipients when delivering an invoice. This article covers the steps on how to manage client contacts

From the navigation menu, click People > Client.



This will take you to the Clients page. All of the Clients are listed on this page. 



Click the Client name and click the Contacts button on the right-hand side.



Or click the Contacts button on the Client Page.



To edit a contact, click the Edit button.



This will open a pop-up window. You can edit the relevant information into the field provided, such as First Name, Last Name, Title, Phone, Ext, Email then click the Save button.


To reset a password, click on the Reset Password button.



Confirm by clicking the OK button.



To delete a contact, click the Delete button.



Confirm by clicking the OK button.
