Require Offer Letters on Direct Hire Starts

Learn how to require the upload of an offer letter document on direct hire starts

 

  1. From the main navigation, click Settings>Invoicing. 
  2. In the Direct Hire Starts box, scroll down to the Required Fields section. 
  3. Check the box Require an offer letter on Direct Hire starts
  4. Click Save button at top right. 
Moving forward, offer letters will be required fields on Direct Hire starts. In the navigation, if you click Billing>Direct Hire>New, in the Offer Letter section, you will be required to upload an offer letter before you can click the Approve button to save the Direct Hire start.
